01Agreement
By using CoinHype you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. CoinHype is operated by Hush Enterprises LLC.
02Accounts
- You need an account to vote, submit listings, save a watchlist or buy promotion. Provide accurate details and keep your login secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person; duplicate or automated accounts are removed.
- You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and at least 18 wherever crypto activity requires it.
03Listings and review
- Every submission is reviewed before it appears. We may approve, edit for clarity, decline or later remove any listing, with or without a stated reason.
- You confirm you are authorised to represent the project you submit, and that the contract address, links and description you provide are accurate.
- One primary listing per token. Impersonation, misleading claims, guaranteed-return promises and hidden affiliations are grounds for immediate removal.
- Listing is free. Paid promotion is optional, priced in advance, and always labeled.
04Voting and rankings
- Each account may cast one vote per coin per UTC day, up to 25 votes per day across different coins.
- Votes are checked server side. Manipulation by bots, multiple accounts, or scripted requests voids those votes and can suspend the account.
- Rankings are computed from verified votes. Paid placement never alters the ranking order.
- We may reset a project's vote count where fraud is evident.
05Paid promotion
- Promotion is sold as a fixed time slot at the price shown at checkout. Nothing is guaranteed beyond delivery of the slot you bought.
- Promoted placement begins once payment clears and runs for the duration purchased. If we cancel a slot for our own reasons, we refund the unused remainder.
- Chargebacks, failed payments or reversed transactions end the promoted placement immediately.
- Slots may be refused or ended if a project becomes the subject of credible fraud or legal complaints.
06Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, overload, probe or attempt to bypass the limits of the site, or access data you are not entitled to see.
- Do not post unlawful, harassing, defamatory or deceptive content in the community feed.
- Do not use the site to promote fraud, market manipulation, or tokens designed to trap buyers.
07Your content
You keep ownership of what you submit. By posting or submitting, you give us a non-exclusive licence to display, reproduce and promote that content on CoinHype and its channels for as long as it is listed.
You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including logos and images.
08Our content
The CoinHype name, mark, design and site code belong to us. Market data belongs to its providers. You may not copy or redistribute our content commercially without permission.
09Removal and suspension
We may remove content or suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, harms other users, or creates legal or security risk. Where practical we will tell you why.
10Disclaimers
The site is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that listings are accurate, that data is current, or that the service will be uninterrupted. See the disclaimer for the risks of crypto assets.
11Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits or losses arising from token prices or third-party services.
12Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page, and continued use after that means you accept them.
13Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions about these terms go to support@coinhype.com.
