02The risk is total

• Crypto assets are extremely volatile. The price of any token can fall to zero and you can lose all of the money you put in.
• New and low-cap tokens carry additional risk: thin liquidity, contracts that can be changed or paused by their creator, and projects that abandon development.
• Only ever speculate with money you can afford to lose entirely. Verify every contract address on a block explorer before you trade.

03What listings mean, and what they don't

A listing means a project submitted details and passed our review for accuracy of the information shown. It is not an audit, an endorsement, a safety guarantee or a prediction of performance.

• Review checks that the contract address matches the network and the project's social links resolve. It does not tell you whether the token is a good investment.
• Safety signals, where shown, are automated surface checks from third-party tools and can be incomplete or out of date.
• Community votes measure popularity. A high vote count is not evidence of quality or safety.

04Paid promotion is always labeled

Projects can pay for promoted slots and banner advertising. Anything paid is labeled as promoted or sponsored wherever it appears.

Paid placement never buys votes and never changes the community ranking order, which is calculated from verified votes only.

05Market data

Prices, market capitalizations, volumes and charts come from public third-party market data providers and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Do not rely on them to make trading decisions.

06Third-party links

Listings link to external websites, social channels and trading venues we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or the security of anything you do there.

07Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoinHype and Hush Enterprises LLC are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, from any token listed here, or from any decision you make based on what you read here. You use the site at your own risk.

08Corrections and removal

If a listing impersonates your project or brand, misstates facts about it, or you believe it should be taken down, contact us and we will review it promptly. Legal and takedown requests go to the same address.
